This policy outlines the warranty coverage, refund conditions, and return procedures for the GeoGuard GPS Tracker sold by Webhostcoop LTD.

1. Warranty

The GeoGuard GPS Tracker comes with a 12‑month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product free of charge.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Once the returned item is inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. Initial shipping charges are non‑refundable.

3. Payment policy

We accept payment by credit/debit card and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in British pounds (£). The total amount, including VAT, is charged at the time of order. In the event of a refund, the amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Cancellation rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you (or a nominated third party) receive the goods. To exercise this right, please inform us by email at [email protected] before the 14‑day period expires.
