1. General
By accessing this website or ordering our products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

We strive to display product colours and specifications accurately; however, slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in British pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Full payment must be received before the product is shipped.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to UK addresses within 3–5 working days. International shipping may take longer and is subject to additional charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
6. Warranty and returns
Our Refund & Warranty policy (available here) forms part of these Terms. In summary, you have a 14‑day right to cancel, and the product is covered by a 12‑month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
7. User responsibilities
You agree to use the GeoGuard GPS Tracker in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not use it for stalking, harassment, or any unlawful tracking. You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from anyone you monitor.
